I have experienced that during weight loss journey, we often come across one common problem i.e how to get rid of our bad eating habits especially evening snacks.
Here, I am sharing my personal experience with 5 snacks which helped me a lot during my weight loss. These snacks are not only healthy but they are yummy too.
Here, are those five snacks:
1-Curd sandwich
Ingredient:-
1-Curd-2 Tbs (Thick curd/hung curd)
2-Capsicum-2 Tbs
3-Carrot-2 tbs (grated)
4-Corn-2 Tbs
5-Black pepper-1/4 Tbs
6-Salt-1/4 Tbs or as per taste
2-Corn spinach sandwich
Ingredient-
1-Corn-2 Tbs
2-Spinach-1 cup (chopped)
3-Salt- 1/4 Tbs or as per taste
3-Vegetable dalia
Ingredients:-
1-Dalia- 1 cup
2-Carrot-1 pc
3-Capsicum-1 pc (small)
4-Onion-1 pc
5-Green chilli-1 pc
6-Ginger-1/2 Tbs (chopped)
7-Soy chunks-1/2 cup
8-Green peas-1/2 cup
4-Puffed rice chaat
Ingredients:-
1-Puffed rice- 1 cup
2-Onion- 1/2 chopped
3-Tomato- 1/2 chopped
4-Walnut &Almond- 2 Tbs chopped
5-Chat Masala- 1/2 Tbs
6-Black salt- 1/2 Tbs
7-Lemon- 1/2 pc
5-Black Roasted Channa
