Ghee – 2 tsp
Oats (gluten free) – 1/2 cup
Onion – 1/3 cup
Green chili- 2-3
Curry leaves – 4-5
Water – 1 1/2 cup
Coriander – 2 tbs
Roast Oats until golden brown – low flame
Keep aside
Oil – 2tbs
Urad dal – 1/2 tsp
Mustard- 1/4
Curry leaves – 4-5
Splutter
Green chili – 2-3 finely chopped
Onion finely chopped – 1/3 cup
Sauté well
Hing – 1/4 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Sauté well
Water – 11/2 cup
Boil
Add roasted oats
Mix well
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Cook until Water absorbed
Simmer 5 min
Cooked well
Coriander finely chopped – 2 tbs
Ready to serve
Garnish with chopped coriander and grated coconut
