Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It is that time of the day when our body is need of energy. So, breakfast should be heavy and balanced.
Here I heave the recipes of my BEST BREAKFAST FOR MUSCLE :
1. Oats meal Bowl with Fruits
Start your day with this satisfying and healthy oatmeal recipe! Prepared in 1 bowl, this oatmeal casserole can be made ahead for a quick breakfast. … Serve oatmeal with WHEY PROTEIN ISOLATE, Greek yogurt or milk and fresh fruits .This quick breakfast is rich in complex carbohydrates and protein.
2. Scrambled eggs
BEAT eggs, milk, salt and pepper in medium bowl until blended. HEAT butter in large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. POUR in egg mixture. CONTINUE cooking—pulling, lifting and folding eggs—until thickened and no visible liquid egg remains. Do not stir constantly.
3. Avocado Toast
Mashed avocado spread over crusty whole-wheat bread with olive oil, red pepper flakes, and flaky sea salt. This toast Is very quick and healthy rich in fats and to add some protein you can also add eggs inside the toast .its your best option If you want to build muscle or lose fat.
4. Protein & OATS Shake This is my most important and best quick breakfast to build muscle ,just add 2 scoops of WHEY PROTEIN ISOLATE , 3 scoops of Oats ,1 banana or some berries as well.extremely good in protein carbohydrates and in fats.it take only 2 minutes to prepare.
5. Banana pancake (with whey protein )
Mash the banana. Peel the banana and break it up into several big chunks in a medium bowl. Add flavorings if desired. Stir in the eggs, and add some whey protein isolate. Heat a pan over medium heat. Drop the batter on hot griddle. Cook for about 1 minute. Sprinkle with toppings. Flip the pancakes.
6. Omlette
omelet is a dish made from beaten eggs fried with butter or oil in a frying pan. It is quite common for the omelette to be folded around fillings such as cheese, chives, vegetables, mushrooms, meat, or some combination of the above.it is your best option for getting high protein diet especially when you are in cutting face or fat lose program even best meal for the muscle building.
