This is one of the girls favorite snacks of cooked pears and apples with cinnamon. It is a delicious recipe we use as either a snack or for breakfast
Ingredients from the show:
2 to 3 Apples and/or Pears
1 to 2 teaspoons of Cinnamon (
1 teaspoon of Vanilla extract (
2 tablespoons of Gee (
Pinch of salt to taste, we use our favourite pink Himalayan (
Instruction:
First, peel and chop the pears and apples into dice or cube.
Melt the butter or ghee in a cast iron skillet.
Put chopped apples and pears in the skillet
Sprinkle a pinch of salt.
A dash of vanilla extract and cinnamon to taste
then stir and cook down until soft about 10 minutes
