Soft brioche teddy bears: 
 

Recipe for one soft brioche teddy bear: – 500g flour – 2 eggs -10g fresh yeast -250ml milk -150g sugar
-raisins -1 egg yolk to brush over the top
 
Melt the yeast in lukewarm water, add the flour, eggs and sugar. Let the dough rise for about 3 /4 hours, assemble the teddy bear and let it rise for another 30 minutes before baking at 190°C for 20 minutes. Make sure it doesn’t get too dark on top. You can fill it with jam or hazelnut cream – either way, it is sure to be a big hit!

INGREDIENTS  pizza dough  mortadella   cheese peppercorn   DIRECTIONS  1. Use a glass to cut the pizza dough into circles.  2 Fill two circle with the cheese and mortadella.  3. Make two holes in the other circle by using a straw. Place these over the larger circles.  4. Cut some dough into small triangles to make the ears.  5. Use peppercorns for the eyes.  6. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.  7. Serve warm!
