Veg cheese grilled sandwich is another easy and healthy recipe that can be made for breakfast or a quick snack.You can add vegetables of your choice. This is very nutritious and is loaded with many veggies. You can use any type of bread to make this sandwich either white or brown.

Procedure,
1.Take two breadslices and apply pizza sauce on both breads .

2.On one bread first add grated mozzarella cheese ,finely chopped onions ,capsicum ,tomatoes,grated paneer,carrot.. add little more mozzarella cheese on top or you can use a cheese slice . Cover it with another slice of bread .

3.Apply butter on the sandwich maker and place this sandwich . Grill for 3min. Serve it with tomato sauce/mayonnaise
