Ingredients :

50 gm American Sweet Corn
1/2 cup Peanuts
1 medium sized onion chopped
1/2 cup carrot, chopped
1 medium sized tomato chopped
1 cup quartered and thinly sliced cucumber or Sun Melon
50 gm chickpea
1 medium sized potato
1/2 cup frehly chopped coriander leafs
Ginger finely chopped
1 green chilli
Mix peppers
Salt as per taste
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp melted butter

Method :

Boil the Corns for 2 min
Boil the chickpeas
Boil the potato and cut it in a small cubes
Fry the peanuts

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl

Add salt as per taste,
Add 1tsp black pepper
Add 1tsp lemon juice and
Add 1tsp melted butter

Mix all the ingredients well and make the mixture perfect.
Serve promptly, or chill for later.
