Paneer Chola Masala

Ingredients
1 cup boiled chola
1 onion pure
1 tomato pure
2 tsp oil
100 gm paneer
2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 1/2 glass water
1 tsp garam masala
kasuri methi
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp ginger garlic paste

Procedure
1.Boil 1 chopped onion and make pure
2.In a pan add 2 tsp oil keep the flame on medium add onion pure.
3. when oil starts to separate add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, red chili powder salt and saute for 2 min
4.Add garam masala and 1 tomato pure and mix well add boiled chola and mix well add water cover and cook for 5 min on medium flame.
5.Add paneer cubes mix well garnish with some chopped coriander and serve.
