This recipe is very healthy, quick and easy to make. It’s a ‘lazy man’s’ recipe because it take no time and it’s easy.
The ingredients I used are:
Fresh yam
3 eggs
One fresh tomato
A little chopped onion
A sprinkle of salt
A sprinkle of knorr cube
A sprinkle of ground pepper
2 tablespoons of olive oil
You can enjoy this egg sauce with some potatoes, plantain (ripe or unripe), waffles or even pancakes.
