Ingredients:
1 lbs Ground Turkey.
1/2 Red Onion.
1 tsp minced Ginger.
1 tsp minced Garlic.
1 tsp Coriander powder.
1 tsp Cumin seed powder.
1 tsp Sumac.
Shan Bihari Kabab mix.
Fresh Cilantro.
Fresh Mint.
Green Onion.
1 Egg.
Recipe:
In a food processor add onion, garlic, ginger. Blend everything together. In a bowl add ground turkey. Add onion mixture,1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp cumin seed powder, sumac, bihari kabab mix, cilantro, mint and green onion. Mix everything together. Add the other 1/2 cumin seed powder and coriander powder. Mix it well. Add egg. Mix it well. Make seekh kababs. Cover with paper towel and microwave for 3 minutes. Heat some oil. Now fry the kabab. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
