☆ SPICY SWEET POTATO QUINOA BOWL ☆
½ medium sweet potatoes
2 tbsp primal kitchen taco seasoning
2 tbsp cooked red lentils
¼ cup cooked quinoa
½ cup kale
2 tsp primal kitchen ranch
☆ FRESH SPRING QUINOA BOWL ☆
¼ cup green beans
¼ cup cucumber
¼ cup cabbage
¼ cup parsley
⅓ cup cooked quinoa
¼ cup red onion
–for the dressing–
1/4 cup avocado oil or olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1-2 small garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
pinch of sea salt
☆ WARMING GREENS & EGG QUINOA BOWL ☆
1 can roasted chickpeas
chickpea seasoning: 1 tsp chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper flakes
½ cup cooked quinoa
sautéed spinach, kale, and chard
fried egg with a runny yolk
1 tbsp tahini
2 tsp lemon/lime mix
