Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Measure out up to 6oz of the chicken tenderloins.
In a bowl, add an egg (Or..egg beaters/ egg whites/ water) whisk together with a fork.
In another separate bowl weigh out 22g of panko breadcrumbs.
Take each chicken tenderloin and dip it in the egg mixture, let the excess drip off.
Roll in the panko breadcrumbs, press firmly. Then, shake off any excess crumbs.
Continue with the rest of the chicken tenderloins.
These are going to cook for 15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Get side dishes going if you have any etc. broccoli, green beans, rice, pasta noodles…
After 15 minutes take the chicken out of the oven and add on about 1-1/2TBS of marina to the tops of each chicken. Then add on your 28g of fat free shredded cheese, and Italian seasoning. Spray the fat free cheese with just a touch of cooking spray.
Bake for an additional 5 minutes at 375 degrees until cheese is melted.
Start assembling your dish.
With the rice as shown in the video these came out to 6sp for the entire plate for me!

These are very kid friendly, a recipe your family will love!

ENJOY!!
