LOOK DOWN HERE!!

Here is my recipe for my Acai bowls! Pronounced AH-SAH-EE. These bowls are just like a refreshing dessert in the morning. It’s very filling and filled with nutrients. Acai Fruit is a great fruit to help build up you immune system. It really helps me with my allergies. The pollen is overwhelming in Georgia. I hope you enjoy!

Acai Bowl (what I used):
1. Blender
2. 1 pack of Acai Frozen Fruit (To make it healthy get unsweetened.)
3. 1/2 cup of Frozen Bananas (Can substitute for Mango)
4. 1/2 cup of Frozen Blueberries
5. Scoop Powder of choice
6. Fruit and toppings of choice
7. 1/2 a cup of Almond Milk

My Toppings:
Coconut Flakes
Honey Granola
Strawberries
Blueberries
Chia Seeds
Almond Flakes
(Coconut Meat *not in the video)

FYI: Some people like to add Spinach to incorporate greens. I have done so and it doesn’t taste any different.
