This is how I’ve been keeping myself entertained and sane for the past couple of weeks during the shelter-in-place. I made this recipe a lot throughout my college days and it’s my all-time favorite way to use up ripe bananas.
♥ Ingredients
3~4 ripe bananas
1/4 cup of melted butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
Pinch of salt
1 egg
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (or as much as your heart desire)
*If you choose to use a lot of chocolate chips, you can lessen the amount of sugar in the recipe. Other great topping ideas include dried fruits or chopped nuts such as cranberries and pecans or walnuts.*
