This recipe is a very popular and spicy snack recipe made with leftover bread slices, all the vegetables you have at home, and pav bhaji masala. In childhood, this snack was available on the street as vendors used to sell on the cycle or cart but nowadays this snack is also available in some good restaurants. In the restaurant, they have made some experiments in their recipes and make these as Chef special.

This is very easy to prepare and hardly takes minutes to prepare this snack.
It is made with adding all the vegetables, on the bread pieces and mix them well.

Ingredients:
1 tsp Oil / Butter
1 carrot, chopped them in small pieces
Small portion of green peas
Small portion of Corn
1/2 Capsicum, chopped
4 Bread Slices and made them into pieces
1/2 tsp pav bhaji
1/4 tsp Garam Masala
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Ketchup Mixture
1/4 tab cumin seed/jeera
2 tsp curd/yogurt

Method of preparation:
Heat a pan, add Oil, jeers, and heat it for 1 minute.
Add carrot, peas, corn, carrot, Capsicum, garam masala, turmeric powder, salt.
Cover the pan with the lid and let it cook for 2 minutes on low heat.
Add pav bhaji masala and curd and mix well
Add bread slices and mix everything.
Add tomato ketchup and mix slowly everything.
Our Masala Bread is ready to serve.
