How to make Easy and Quick recipe of Healthy Fish Fry in Malayalam.
Here are the ingredients i used –
Black Pomfret- 1 KG (Select fish as per your wish)
Coriander Leaves- 100 Gm
Green Chilly -3 Pc ( If you need more spicy add 5 to 6 pc)
Small Onion -3 Pc
Garlic -5Pcs
Black pepper powder- 2 tsp ( If you need more spicy add 3 tsp )
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Salt -1 tsp (add as per your taste)
Butter- 20 Gm
The same mix you can use for grill use also !!!
