Milk full cream : 1.5 glass ( 500 ml)
Soaked almond : 6 nos
Soaked cashewnuts : 6 nos
Roasted oats : 1/2 bowl ( 50 gm)
Peanut butter : 10 to 15 gm ( optional)
Whey protein powder : optional
