Kale Crisps:
large handful curly kale – stalks removed
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp coriander
3 tsp chilli flakes
sprinkle olive oil/hemp oil
oven 180c/350f for 20 minutes turning once

Nice Cream:
a few chopped frozen bananas
any toppings of choice
I used roasted walnuts and blueberries

Potato Cakes:
1 cup mashed potato
3 tbsp gram flour/chickpea flour
1/4 tsp dried rosemary
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
Mix altogether, roll into small balls, flatten and fry in some oil or water
