Pumpkin has lots of health benefits such as, heart health, improves good sleep because of trytophan, good source of magnesium & potassium, helps you burn fat.
And the seed of it is superfood, extract it wash it and roast it.
I am sharing my organic recipe which make it testier and healthier.

Ingredients:
Vegetales:
1kg chopped Kaddu(Pumpkin)
4 CloveGarlic
2 Green
chilli/red chilli
Spices:
1/4 spon Hing(Asafoetida
or)
1 Spoon DryFenugreek
leaves
2 Cardamom, 1/2 SpoonCarom,8-10 Black Pepper,1 Small Cinnamon
1/2 Spoon Fenugreek,1/2 Spoon Mustard,1/2 Spoon Cumin seeds
1/2 Spoon Turmeric,2 Spoon Coriander powder,Salt as per taste
1 Home madeRed ChilliPickle or 1spoon Amchur Powder
Oil:
4-5 Spoon Mustard Oil
Optional(If you like tangy taste):
1 Spoon Khand(cane suger)
