Welcome to my channel… In this video, I’m making an Easy & Healthy Mushroom Egg Scramble breakfast. It’s a simple recipe with 2 main ingredients and at the same time very healthy.
Ingredients:

Mushroom 🍄 – 8 (sliced)
Eggs 🥚 – 3
Green Bell Pepper/Capsicum – 1/2 (chopped)
Onion 🧅 – 1 medium size (sliced)
Tomato 🍅 – 1/2 (chopped)
Green Chilli – 1/2 (chopped)
Olive Oil – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Herbs (Basil, Oregano, Italian Seasoning) – Sprinkle some (Also you can add whatever herbs you have)
Chilli Flakes – Pinch
Pepper Powder – Pinch
Salt – As per your taste
Coriander Leaves (Cilantro) – 1 tbsp (chopped)
