Hey guys! Sorry I look like absolute death, I’ve had so so much homework to do, and I’m still not done, so my sleep is practically non-existent at the moment, but this is another video linked to our “quarantine life.” I’m sure we’re all snacking so so much, and possibly feeling a little guilt, but there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that! This video is a just a little list of snacks for you to snack on when you feel those strong snacking urges coming on, and you want to eat an abundance of one thing without the “unhealthy” aspect of it. Don’t forget to still enjoy all of your other favorite snacks too because it’s all in moderation, and you deserve to enjoy yourself!
