Try out this TWO INGREDIENT recipe and thank me later!
I can’t vouch for any success using a protein other that a whey protein blend, but by all means, give it a go with what you have on hand and report back. I have also been wanting to try it with a straight up casein so I will try this soon.

Ingredients:
150g frozen fruit (preferably berries)
30g whey protein powder (make sure it’s a blend)
Optional but great addition: 1/4 tspn xanthum gum
Take fruit out of freezer around 5 mins before using. Add into a mixing bowl with the protein powder and mash with a fork. This may be tough as the fruit is still frozen but it will just help it break apart.
Using a stick blender, blend fruit and protein powder together until the mixture is smooth.
Then use a hand whisk to whisk the mix for 4-5 mins or until desired fluffiness is obtained!
