This video shows how you can make omelettes in a way that makes it delicious yet lower in calories, also saves having to consume so many eggs all the time!
I also demonstrate making a tamagoyaki (Japanese rolled egg) in the end, wish chives, which isn’t totally traditional, but I love it. 🙂
Also, if you’re wondering why sometimes I’m not using proper cooking tools, I’m currently quarantined in a tiny airbnb in Spain, so I have limited tools and ingredients to work with.
