-1 & 1/2 cups of chickpea/ gram flour
-2-3 cloves of Garlic
-1 teaspoon of fresh ginger
-1/2 cup of chopped cilantro
-1 teaspoon Coriander (Garam masala, if you want more spices)
-1 teaspoon of Chili Powder

â–¿ INSTRUCTIONS â–¿
1. Thinly slice potatoes and sprinkle salt on them to get the starch out and enhance the flavor.
2. Add all the dry ingredients and add in the water until reached desired thickness. (The thicker it is, the thicker the coating!)
3. Add grapeseed oil to pan and wait till hot then add the potatoes.
Oven-baked
NOTE: Make sure you add oil to the batter to prevent the potatoes from sticking together
-Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees farenheight/200 degrees celsius.
-Place soaked potatoes on parchment paper
-Spray oil on top and place in oven for 15-20 minutes
Air Fryer
*same recipe as oven-baked, but put in the air fryer for 7-8 minutes!
