In this recipe I have shown you how to make Rawa Idli without idli stand . Rawa Idli is very healthy and delicious recipe. You can make it for breakfast. Pack it for Kids / Office Lunch Box.
To make Idli without a stand you will be needing only few easily available kitchen equipments!!
You will need
1. Kadai / Pan ,
2. Lid of this Pan/ Kadai
3. Few Steel Bowl
4. One Heat proof Stand
5. One Steel Plate.
Ingredients:
Suji / Rawa /Semolina -1 Cup
Plain Yogurt /Curd – 1 Cup
Salt – 1 tsp
Water – to adjust consistency
Baking Soda – 1 tsp
If you dont have baking soda ca add Eno (1 1/2 Sachet)
Oil/Ghee – to grease steel Bowl
Tadka/Temparing :
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1tsp
Cashew Nuts – 8-10
Udad Daal – 1 tbsp
Curry Leaves – Few
Asafoetida/Hing -1/2 tsp
