Naan is one of the popular flatbread in Indo-Pak subcontinent. In this video I will be sharing whole wheat/whole grain naan recipe. Commonly people make naans with using yeast, but the recipe I am sharing has no yeast. You can easily make it with whole wheat flour, yogurt, baking powder, meethi soda, cumin seeds, brown sugar, salt, olive oil or with any vegetable oil, garlic, coriander, milk and water. This whole wheat flour naan bread recipe will give you a nicely soft textured naan which I am you are going to love it. It’s very healthy, tasty and easy to make. Whole wheat bread contains more fiber, because of the bran, and that has been touted as having significant health benefits, especially it is good for diabetes and constipation.
