Indian food is easily one of the healthiest, most balanced diet that one can follow. If eaten properly, it is a good mix of proteins, vitamins and essential minerals that help the body build immunity and function well. In this video, I take you through everything that I eat in a day and its not a fancy restaurant like meal, or street food; but in fact it is simple Indian food that we all eat at home. Our home food is rich in all nutrients and ensures that we eat a balanced diet everyday.
