Today we are making Egg Muffins. These muffins are great for breakfast, brunch or just a light snack. They are Low Carb and perfect for meal prep! A must try recipe! With few ingredients:
✔muffin pan
✔oil or butter
✔Spinach
✔tomatoes
✔Eggs
✔salt
✔black pepper
Steps
1. Preheat oven at 375 F
2. Brush oil or butter into each muffin cup
2. Wash then add spinach, diced tomatoes to each cup.
3. Add salt and black pepper to eggs.
4. Whisk then pour eggs into muffin cups.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 375 F.
