This is my favorite healthy dessert to make! They taste great and there’s no flour, butter, or sugar in the recipe. They’re about 124 calories with the chocolate chips, but if you want to make it even healthier, you can skip the chocolate chips on top to make them about 100 calories.

Banana Oatmeal Muffin Recipe
3 cups of blended rolled oats
2 tsp of baking powder or 1 tsp of baking soda + something acidic like lemon or lime juice
1 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/2 salt
1 cup of mashed banana (2-3 bananas)
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups of milk
semi-sweet chocolate chips to taste

Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes
