Hence its important to have filling and nutritious breakfast.

One food which is commonly used as breakfast is Suji/Semolina/Rava. Suji is a super food with so many health benefits.
So here I am sharing 4 suji recipes which can be used in breakfast. Its healthy filling tasty and can be made easily at home as well.

1. Rava upma

Ingredients: –

1. Semolina/Suji -1 Cup
2. Ginger -1/2 Tbs (grated)
3. Onion- 1 pc
4. Peanuts- 3-4 Tbs
5. Turmeric- 1/4 Tbs
6. Mustard seeds – 1/2 Tbs
7. Salt -1/2 Tbs (as per taste)
8. Green chilli- 1 Pc

2. Suji Chilla

Ingredients: –

1. Suji- 1 Cup
2. Dahi/Curd- 3/4 cup
3. Salt- 1/2 Tbs
4. Onion- 1 Medium
5. Tomato- 1 Medium
6. Green chilli- 1 Pc

3. Rava Appe/Appam

Ingredients: –

1. Suji- 1 Cup
2. Dahi/Curd- 3/4 cup
3. Salt- 1/2 Tbs
4. Onion- 1 Medium
5. Carrot- 1 Medium
6. Mustard seeds- 1/2 Tbs
7. Ginger- 1 Tbs
8. Green chilli- 1 Pcs

4. Suji Dhokla

Ingredients: –

1. Suji-1 Cup
2. Curd- 1 Cup
3. Ginger- 1/2 Tbs (grated)
4. Mustard seeds- 1/2 Tbs
5. Chana daal- 1/2 Tbs(optional)
6. Salt- 1/2 Tbs (as per taste)
7. Baking soda- 1/4 Tbs
