Slow Cooker Cheesy Chicken & Rice
1 cup white Rice
2 cups chicken broth
2-3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can Cream of Chicken with Herbs
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions: Place uncooked rice on bottom on crockpot with 1 cup of chicken broth. Add chicken breasts. Mix together remaining broth, cream of chicken soup, and seasoning. Salt and Pepper chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Pour soup mixture over top. Cook on low 4-6 hours or high 3 hours.
Steak Marinade
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup Soy Sauce (or liquid aminos)
1 Tbsp minced garlic
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
Few Dashes of liquid smoke
Few Dashes of Worcestershire
Salt & Pepper
Mix all of ingredients and marinate steak in gallon sized freezer bag for at least 30 minutes.
Asian Ramen Slaw
1 bag Coleslaw Mix
1 cup sunflower kernels
1 cup sliced almonds
1 package of crushed ramen (doesnt matter flavor)
1/2 cup Canola Oil
1 tbsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
1/4 cup Sugar
Mix coleslaw, sunflower kernels, almonds, and ramen together in large bowl. In small bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Pour over coleslaw mix and refrigerate. (If you are not eating right away, add the ramen just before serving!)
Sliced Baked Buttery Potatoes
5-6 Golden Potatoes
2.5 tbsp butter
Seasoned Salt
Wash and slice potatoes into 1/2 inch thickness. Layer in baking dish, adding small pats of butter and seasoning between layers. Add 1/4 cup water to bottom of dish. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.
