Subway Sandwich is very easy , quick and healthy snack. Try out this recipe to make your own homemade Veggie delight Sub and You will love to make it again.

Ingredients:
1 French Loaf
Cheese Slices
Vegetables of your Choice. I have taken the below –
Iceberg Lettuce
Sliced cucumbers
Sliced tomato
Sliced onion
Colourful peppers
Olives
Eggless Mayonnaise
Tomato Ketchup
Mustard Sauce
Salt
Black Pepper powder

How to make it-
1. Take a bread loaf, and slit the bread in between.
2. Place the cheese slices on the bread and toast in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 2-3 mins.
3. Place some lettuce leaves and vegetables of your choice.
4. Sprinkle some salt and pepper to season the vegetables.
5. Drizzle Tomato Ketchup, Mayonnaise, Mustard Sauce.
6. Cover it and our Subway Sandwich is ready. Fresh and delicious. Enjoy!!
