Real Dungeness Crab Salad
Recipe
1. Shred Real Crab.
I bought this can of real Dungeness crab from whole foods for $17. Little pricey but soo good!
You can always substitute with imitation crab meat.
2. Chop celery and onions into small pieces
3. Add 1tsp of mayo, lime juice to mixed ingredients and season with salt and pepper
4. place crab salad on top of avocado for presentation
5. garnish with microgreens and sesame seeds (optional)
