Back AGAIN (lol) with another Full Day of Eating video and in this one, I set myself a calorie goal if 1800 calories and a protein goal of 200g. These are not my current calorie or protein targets and I have personally never had to drop my calories this low to lose fat. But there are plenty of people out there who do have to drop their calories this low for fat loss to occur so this video is for you guys. And for anyone who is in a low calorie diet of any kind, you’ll get some low calorie, high protein meal inspiration from watching. Enjoy!
