Hi guys, today I will show you how to prepare a healthy pizza recipe which is low carb, low-calorie, protein rich and Keto diet friendly! Im don’t follow the Keto diet, but I eat high protein foods and this turned out to be a great addition to my cutting recipes.

450 grams chicken thigh mince
2 whole eggs
120 grams of mozarella
herbs – oregano, basil, salt (whatever you want)
Toppings – onion, red pepper, mushrooms, goat cheese (or whatever you want)
