Day 3: Recipe 4 #BombayChowpattyBhel #drybhel #geelabhel #streetfood

Ingredients:
Rice puffs (kurmura)
Salt
Sev
Poori
2 potatoes boiled and mashed
1 tomato chopped
1 onion chopped
Chopped coriander
Chopped mint leaves
1/2 lemon juice
Green chutney (For recipe, check my Mumbai Masala Toast video)
Meethi chutney (only required for geela bhel; and for recipe, check my Meethi Chutney Recipe video)

Method for dry bhel:
1. Take kurmura in a big bowl.
2. Add potatoes, tomato, onion, lemon juice, green chutney and salt. Mix well.
3. Garnish with mint leaves, coriander, sev and poori.

Method for geela bhel:
1. Use steps 1 and 2 of dry bhel.
2. Add meethi chutney. (I have used readymade bottled meethi chutney in this video; If you don’t have it, you can follow my Meethi Chutney Recipe video.)
3. Mix well.
4. Garnish with mint leaves, coriander, sev and poori.

Note: Consume the bhel immediately after preparing, otherwise it will become soggy.
