1 flax egg
1 cup mashed ripe banana (roughly 2 large bananas or 3 small)
1/2 cup rapadura or coconut sugar, sifted
125ml (1/2 cup) almond milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cup buckwheat flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 180°C fan-forced and bake for 20 minutes.
