In this video, I have shown you the method to prepare many of our favourite recipe – ” Pav Bhaji”
Ingredients:

Veggies to boil:
Potato , carrot, green peas, cauliflower and Beans.
To make Pav Bhaji –

Butter – 2 tbspn
onion – 1
Jeera / cumin – 1 tbspn
Anise/ sombu – 1 tbspn
Onion – 1
Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tbspn
Tomato – 1
Turmeric powder – 1tbspn
Chilli powder – 2 tbspn
coriander poder – 2 tbspn
Garam masala – 1 tbspn
Method:

Step 1: Boil the vegetables. Do not drain the water from vegetables. Set aside.
Step 2: To make Pav Bhaji : –
a. In a pan add butter and add finely chopped onions.
b. Next, add Ginger garlic paste and saute well.
c. Now, add tomatoes and cook well. Let both the onion and tomato get cooked well.
d. Now add all the above mentioned powders and stir the gravy well.
e. Now add the vegetables with the water init and then add salt. Allow the gravy to get thickened.
Thickened gravy tastes delectable for Pav Bhaji.
Serve the Gravy by garnishing with onions and coriander leaves as shown with the toasted Bun.
