Try these tasty, simple, healthy, vegan dips:
– Pesto
– Olive Tapenade
– Artichokes Tapenade
– Guacamole

1. PESTO
Ingredients:
.45g fresh basil
.2 tbsp. nutritional yeast
.2 tbsp. hemp seeds
.1 tbsp. sunflower seeds
.juice of 1 lemon
.2 garlic cloves
.1 tbsp. olive oil
.salt
.pepper

Directions: mix all the ingredients in a food processor

2. OLIVE TAPENADE
Ingredients:
.2 tomatoes
.1 onion
.1 small pack. of black olives (240g)
.1 small pack of green olives (240g)
.juice of 1 lemon
.olive oil
.2 tbsp. hemp seeds
.salt
.pepper

Directions: mix all the ingredients in a food processor

3. ARTICHOKES TAPENADE
Ingredients:
.2 tomatoes
.1 onion
.1 pack. of artichokes (280g)
.2 garlic cloves
.1 olive oil
.3 tbsp. cashew nuts
.2 tbsp. hemp seeds
.dry oregano
.salt
.pepper

Directions: mix all the ingredients in a food processor

4. GUACAMOLE
Ingredients:
.2 avocados
.few cherry tomatoes
.1 onion
.1 tbsp. olive oil
.2 tbsp. nutritional yeast
.2 tbsp. hemp seeds
.juice of 1/2 lemon
.salt
.pepper
