A super yummy, easy and very healthy recipe since its a mix of many veggies and it tastes yum with a papad or even without it. This can be had for a stomach full and wholesome meal with goodness of almost all veggies. In fact, if you are following GM diet, you can have this on the days when you have to have only veggies but then you’ll have to have it without papad & paneer!!! This will give you goodness of many veggies along with taste.

So, let’s start making this yummy salad.

Ingredients:
Chopped boiled potatoes – 1 cup
Chopped Cucumber – 1 cup
Chopped Red and Green Capsicum – 1/2 cup
Sweet corn kernels – 1/2 cup
Chopped Carrot – 1 cup
Chopped Tomatoes – 1 cup
Gooseberry / Amla – 1
Paneer Cubes – 200 gms
Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves
Lemon – 1/2
Rock Salt / Sendha Namak – as per taste
Black Pepper / Kali Mirch Powder – 1 tsp
Papad
