Ingredients :
• Dark soy sauce.
• Carrot-1 small size.
• Green chillies 2-3.
• Capsicum-1 medium size.
• Spring onions.
• Onion-1 [ Ring shape].
• Tomato-1 medium size.
• Rava [ Suji].
• Gram flour 1/2 cup.
• Maida-2tbs.
• Salt to taste.
• Chopped coriander.
• Oil 1-2 tbsp.

Method :
• 1/4 Cup rava, 1/2 Cup gram flour, 2 tbsp maida
salt to taste, Chopped coriander leaves & add
water in a bowl. Mix well.
• Make soft thik batter.
• Heat 1-2 tbsp of oil. Add some chopped
carrots, capsicum.
• put batter on tawa. Spread it.
• Add chopped capsicum, Onion rings, Spring
onions, Tomato slices & coriander leaves.
Cover it. Cook it on low flame. After 4-5 minutes
open the lid & add soy sauce.
• Fold & take it out. Breakfast is ready.
• Serve it hot.
