Porridge from 3 different grains 3 different ways 🙂
A great and satisfying meal for sehri.

1. Steel Cut Oats

As steel-cut oats are minimally processed, and because they contain more fiber than the classic oats, that make them one of the healthiest grains one can eat.

Ingredient:
3 tbsp Steel Cut Oats
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 Cup Water
1 Cup Milk
2 Pods cardamom
Toppings: Fruit/berries/nuts/seeds and Maple Syrup/Dates/Honey

2. Semolina Pudding

Semolina pudding is basically so easy and made of 2 ingredients: milk and semolina, but you can choose to make it as flavorful and sweet as you like.

Ingredients:
2 tbsp Semolina
1 tbsp Coconut
1 Cup Milk

Directions:
Add all ingredients in a pan at medium heat and keep whisking until it thickens.

Talbina (Barley Porridge)
Talbina is a soothing and nutritious porridge which is prepared by barley grain or barley flour.

Ingredients:
40 g or 1/2 cup Barley grains (soaked in water overnight and boiled)
1 Cup Milk
1 stick Cinnamon
2-3 pods cardamom
1/2 tsp vanilla
2-3 Dates
Almond and walnuts
