Recipe:

INGREDIENTS:
80g of rolled oats (or normal oats)
400g of yogurt
4 egg
2 very ripe banana (half for mixture half for the top if you want)
2 Tablespoon chia seeds

Additional/optional:
100g raisins (more or less if you like but if you do more remember they take some of the moisture)
Ginger Jamu / Flavouring

Method:

1. Preheat oven (ours is a fan so we did 175)
2. Add oats, yogurt, chia seeds and banana into bowel and mix well. Then add raisins and Jamu if you are adding them.
3. Whisk egg and add to mixture.
4. Add to baking tray and evenly spread.
5. Put in over and set timer for 35 mins (don’t open door to check during this time as it won’t rise at all!)
6. Wait to cool then slice into sections, we get 12 bars out of it. And enjoy!
