Veg Sandwich Recipe
Veg sandwich without using mayonnaise but with milk cream and curd is a quick solution to your small hunger, as it takes few minutes to be prepared. Moreover I am not using here any sandwich maker for griller. This veg sandwich is prepared in a pan.
Ingredients
Bread – 4
Cabbage- 3 tbsp
Tomato – 1 tbsp
Onion – 1 tbsp
Capsicum -1 tbsp
Milk cream + Curd – (1tbsp+2tbsp)
Black pepper – 1 tsp
Salt – 2 tsp
Desi ghee – 1 tbsp
first mix all the ingredients (chopped cabbage, tomato, onion, capsicum, black pepper, salt, milk cream and curd) in a bowl. Please a bread slice over the plate and spread the prepared mixture over the surface. Also, please another piece of bread above the bread( with spread). Now grease the pan or tawa with the ghee or oil and place the prepared bread sandwich. Also apply some ghee above the bread surface and cook them from both the sides. Cut them diagonally and serve the bread sandwiches in a serving plate with red and green sauces. Sandwiches are ready to eat. 😋
