INGREDIENTS :

For Filling :
Jackfruit – 10 ( Chopped )
Ghee – 1 1/2 tsp
Shallots – 2 , 3 (Chopped )
Coconut – 1 cup ( Grated )
Jaggery – 5 cubes (Crushed )
Cardamom – 4 ( Crushed )

For Ada :
Rice Flour – 1 cup
Hor Coconut Milk – 1 cup ( Boiled with salt )
Hot Water – 2 cups / required to make smooth dough
