Salmon Fish Salad:
Ingredients:
Butter – 25 grams
Fish – 150 grams
Lettuce – 100 grams
Onions – 1/2
Tomatoes – 1/2
Green Peppers – 1/4
Salt – 1 tsp
Black Pepper – 1 tsp
Mayonnaise – 2 tsp
Sesame Seeds – 1 tsp
Hemp Seeds – 1 tsp

Preparation Process:
1: Add 25 grams butter/oil on a medium flame for about a minute
2: Add 3 medium salmon fish pieces into the pan and cover the lid for about 5 minutes
3: Uncover the lid and flip the fish pieces
4: Add one tablespoon salt and black pepper then cover the lid again for about 5 minutes
5: Uncover the lid and break the fish into small pieces and saute well
6: Fried fish pieces are now ready
7: Add 100 grams chopped lettuce into a bowl, 1/2 chopped onion, 1/2 chopped tomato, and 1/4 chopped green peppers, 2 teaspoons mayonnaise and mix well
8: Add fried fish pieces and mix well
9: Top it up by adding 1 tablespoon sesame seeds and 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
10: Salmon fish salad is now ready to serve

Note:
1. Salmon fish can be replaced with any other boneless fish
2. Lettuce can be replaced with a cabbage
