Whole Wheat Tortilla:
Whole Wheat Flour/ Aata -120gms/1 cup
Olive oil- 1.5 tbsp
Salt- 1/2 tsp
Baking Powder- 1/2 tsp
Warm water to need.

Refined Mexican Beans:
Boiled Rajma 1 Cup
Chopped Garlic – 2tsp
Chopped Onion 1/2 cup
Tomatoes Chopped 1 cup
Salt to taste
Red chilly Powder 1 tsp
Jeera Powder 1 tsp
Tomato Ketchup 1 tbsp

Salad:
1.5 cup Shredded Veggies of choice
(carrot, lettuce, cauliflower, sweet corn, capsicum, bell peppers)
Salt to taste
Pepper 1/4 tsp
Lemon Juice 1 tsp
Olive Oil 1 tsp
