To make easy Chana Chaat at home, you’ll need the following ingredients:

– Chana – 2 cups
– Onion – 1 medium
– Tomato – 1 medium
– Potato – 1 large
– Ginger paste – 1/2 Tsp
– Asafoetida (Hing) – 1/4 Tsp
– Cumin seeds – 1 Tsp
– Red chilli powder – 1/2 Tsp
– Coriander powder – 1 Tsp
– Chaat masala – 1 Tsp
– Garam Masala – 1/2 Tsp
– Black salt – 1/2 Tsp
– Salt – 1/2 Tsp
– Oil – 1 Tbsp
– Water – 5 Tbsp

For Garnishing :
– Onion
– Cucumber
– Tomato
– Potato
– Coriander leaves
– Mint leaves
– Green chilli
– Lemon
