NOTE RE BINGE.
I didn’t suggest that Stephanie WAS bingeing or having a cheat day. We don’t really know what’s going on genetically, and if this is normal eating to Stephanie (as I can only trust that it is). This one was a hard one to gently articulate because there is a lot of unknowns (and I’m not her doctor).
All I COULD say was:
A) to some it may LOOK like a binge and therefore be triggering (even if it’s not a binge to her.) I got countless emails about how triggering these videos were for people.
B) even if this is her normal caloric needs (which it may be), ideally we would want to reign in the sodium, salt and sat fat. There are a lot of more nutrient dense ways to meet nutrient needs (even if they are extreme).
Ultimately we have no idea why or how or even what ppl eat in real life when we’re watching them on YT so I try to keep all of that in mind.
