How to make Healthy and Tasty Couscous Salad at home

Ingredients:
1 bowl Couscous
1 bowl chopped Onion
1 bowl chopped Tomato
1 bowl grated Carrot
1 bowl chopped Fresh Coriander
1 bowl pieces of Paneer
1 bowl pieces of Mango
1 tsp Chaat Masala
Green Chili for Spice
Salt as per Taste

Method:
1) In a pan, add 1.5 bowl of water and salt. Let it boil.
2) Add couscous in boiling water and cover it with lid. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
3) In another pan, saute grated carrot and chopped onion.
4) Now, take out the couscous in a mixing bowl.
5) Add all the ingredients (onion, tomato, carrot, fresh coriander, paneer, mango, chaat masala, salt) and mix well.
6) Couscous Salad is ready to serve.

Note: Do not use oil to saute to keep your dish healthy.
